Learn Rhino and Grasshopper

 as quickly as possible
specifically for architecture

and open up your design freedom in the area of
project presentation, parametric architecture,

and complex fluid form modeling.

Why should I use Rhino and
Grasshopper in architecture?

As architects, we’ve all been there at some point. We had a great idea and concept about a project, but we simply had to give it up because we didn’t have enough technical skills to do. The design was too complicated or too difficult to model. With Rhino and Grasshopper, you will never have this problem again!

1.  Grasshopper is the number one parametric

modeling tool in the world in the field of
architecture.

  • It allows you to explore parametric modeling without having to learn how to script.
  • Use the graphical programming interface to create your algorithms and parametric geometry
  • Change the input parameters and watch your geometry changing shape in an instant
  • World’s most renowned offices like BIG, OMA, SOM and ZHA are using Grasshopper

You’ll finally be able to explore the world of parametric design with Grasshopper, understand the logic behind it and how to implement it right away on your own architectural projects.

2. Powerful project presentation features

  • Architectural Diagrams with Rhino can boost your visual presentation to another level. You have the ability to create exploded conceptual style diagrams and easily integrate them with other vector applications, adjust line thickness of any line and make everything super organized by using layers.
  • Architectural Renderings with Vray allow you to create stunning images. On top of that, you can use any external 3D models that have Vray materials applied to them by just importing them in your model.
  • Architectural Animations with Bongo plugin for Rhino integrate seamlessly with other rendering engines like Vray and allow you to create both simple and complex fly-through animations so that you can present your conceptual ideas in a video format as quickly as possible.

You will have the ability to create amazing architectural diagrams, 2D drawings as well as renderings, architectural animations and all of that is made in a super
user-friendly way so that it takes you the least amount of time, so you can meet your deadline!

3. Complex Organic Forms with SubD tools

  • Create any type of fluid form you imagine in a simple and precise way. With SubD tools which are currently in development for Rhino 7, you have the ability to easily model even the most complex organic forms.
  • Your organic SubD geometry and Grasshopper are easily integrated which means that you can use both the power of organic modeling and combine it with parametric tools with Grasshopper.
  • Use Rhino’s precision to have full control of your organic forms, their size, and presentation.

You can say goodbye to other free-form modeling tools and plugins such as T-splines, Clayoo, and others. With the power of SubD, you’ll have the confidence to explore new forms and structures and improve your design skills.

All of these skills can now be within your reach…

I’m sure you’d feel much more confident in executing your design ideas and having full creative freedom without the need to limit yourself to the robust 3d modeling programs.

These skills will allow you to position yourself much better on the job market and your portfolio would certainly look much better. You’ll have the ability to win architectural competitions and expand your design ideas.

You’d be finally ready to think outside the box and present your projects as never before!

THAT ALL SOUNDS GREAT BUT...

I don't know where to start?!
It looks too complex and overwhelming.

Learning new software just takes too much time!

I want to learn from A to Z as fast as I can and to be totally fluent as a professional.

How do I approach learning all of this in a structured and organized way, so I don’t waste my time trying to figure it out on my own?

I want to learn it as fast as possible, but I don’t have the right platform or a mentor to ask questions.

I can't find tutorials that fit my needs and I don't know how to resolve a problem on my own.

There are too many commands, I don’t know which to use for a particular situation.

I would like to know the steps through which a certain model can be developed.

Any of this sounds familiar?

If it does, let me tell you that I’ve been there…

I know this feeling and struggle.

It’s not easy, but often we just have the desire to improve and seek better ways of solving our problems.

The good news is that there is a way and that...

...you are not alone!

These are some of the most common challenges that we are facing as architects. We don’t have time to waste, every second is important because the deadlines are
not going to wait.

However, I have to let you know that it is possible to
learn Rhino very fast with the right system, practice and the right tutoring, you can become fluent in Rhino and understand Grasshopper in very short time!

"The course has been very beneficial to me and I've learned Rhino quickly and it's been very useful to model architectural works, and it's been very helpful for me to produce design competitions."

My name is Yann. I'm an architect and professor for architecture with 16 years of professional experience. I've taught architecture in South Korea. Currently, in Thailand, I've worked in corporate for 12 years on complex and mega projects. I've used How to Rhino to learn Rhino from absolutely zero to I would say intermediate level.

The course has been very beneficial to me and I've learned Rhino quickly and it's been very useful to model architectural works, and it's been very helpful for me to produce design competitions. So far this year alone,
I've submitted five design competitions using Rhino.

I must say that using Rhino speeds up everything, and it also increases design thinking during the process which the end result is much, much better than not using 3D. I would recommend Rhino3D for architecture or architectural design. And I would 100% recommend How to Rhino course.
Hands down. I hope that helps. Cheers!

"And then I found Rhino and I saw that it's much, much more user-friendly. Ever since I've been using Rhino and incorporated it into my workflow from day to day with Archicad and Revit."

Hello, everyone. I participated in the first How to Rhino workshop almost a year ago. And I have to say that Dusan does an amazing job in organizing the models from Beginner to Intermediate to more Advanced. And after doing this course I really feel that I've reached a very decent level in Rhino.

One thing that was always a problem for me in the past, being used to using ArchiCAD and Revit.

I felt like there were many constraints in those softwares. I was really thinking about which software I should learn to have more flexible, and free design. And I was thinking about 3Ds max, but it's such a complex interface that I quickly gave up. And then I found Rhino and I saw that it's much, much more

user-friendly. Ever since I've been using Rhino and incorporated it into my workflow from day to day with Archicad and Revit.

And I feel that Dusan does an amazing job with being there when you have a question, he's always there quickly responding. That's one thing you really can't find online nowadays for any workshop. Actually, I really highly recommend this for any architecture student or any architect who hasn't had the time or who was still thinking about learning Rhino.

My name is Dušan, I'm a professional architect from Serbia, graduated from RIBA accredited Faculty of Architecture at University of Belgrade.

I've been using Rhino for over 8 years now in the architectural industry and throughout various freelance collaborations and consulting with companies all around the world.

I didn't always know Rhino.
When I was starting, it was a real struggle...

I came in contact with it pretty early on during my first two years of architectural school but as it turns out, it was just too overwhelming for me at the time.

There were just too many commands, the interface really looked scary and there were just too many options and it all seemed impossible to learn quickly, but as you all know the deadlines were always around the corner so I couldn’t afford the freedom to experiment with learning the new software and not finishing the project, so always postponed learning it.

Near the end of my architectural school, I noticed these amazing project presentations and design freedom of my peers who had knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper and I really felt inferior to them. I felt I was falling behind in terms of my design capabilities and expressing my creative ideas.

That was one of my pivotal moments when I realized how technical knowledge was limiting me in expressing my design ideas and decided to change that for myself. I started learning Rhino intensively and it all started from there.

Once I acquired the advanced Rhino knowledge, I quickly realized that knowing software is not just about doing the office work, but it is also an opportunity to attract new clients and present your personal work in the best way possible.

I started doing freelancing for international clients and I finally felt like I found the way to monetize my skills and on top of that I improved so fast when I started working for architectural offices which were using Rhino only!

The key to learning in fast was constant work, constant pressure and I simply had to find a way. There were countless hours of google-ing, searching on forums, asking colleagues, other Rhino users.

There just wasn’t any sort of tutorials for architects, only for product designers, so I thought to myself: “I’m probably not the only one who has this problem.” What if I share all of my experience and knowledge with other people in the similar situation, I’m sure this is going to be a huge shortcut to learning Rhino for others!

That’s the main reason why I started How to Rhino community.

I wanted to help fellow architects to learn Rhino in the most efficient way possible and to realize the enormous potential this software has in our industry and how to quickly learn it and implement it right away.

Right now, How to Rhino community has more than 30.000

people and our free tutorials on YouTube have been watched

over 17.000h on YouTube!

Last year, Lazar, who is also an architect and computational designer with international experience joined How to Rhino and brought his Grasshopper expertise to the community. He has worked on various types of projects where his focus was specifically on application of parametric modeling to architectural building elements like walls, facades and parametric structures.

Lazar was in a similar situation like me in terms of struggling to learn Grasshopper without proper resources and that’s why he decided to share his knowledge with other architects who are interested in exploring the world of parametric architecture.

Now we’ve completely revolutionized the
approach in learning Grasshopper and made it
super beginner-friendly, so even if
you’ve never had contact with it,

you’ll be capable of understanding the
math and logic behind it and you’ll be able to create
your own parametric algorithms from scratch.

WE JOINED FORCEs,
COMBINED OUR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
AND AS A RESULT OF THAT...

WE PRESENT YOU...

Your course is the best thing I've ever found on the Internet seriously! Everything that I ever looked at... It's really good because it helped me so much. First, I went only for the first two modules and then I upgraded to the full package, but for me, those two modules were the most important.

I wanted to get faster because it always took me too long to model because I didn't know how to use the shortcuts and things like that. For example, I never heard about that elevator mode. I didn't know about that and then when I saw it, I thought: "Man, this is incredible." ...And it helps so much when you're modeling in perspective.

I didn't know that the copy command, you could copy the same movement over and over by just pressing a button on a mouse. That was like: " Wow, what the heck, I didn't know that!" Before that I had to go manually, zoom in, find the point etc but this was so much better! These simple things make the work so much faster!

" I took the course and it was extremely helpful. It was very thorough. And I'm way faster at it than I have ever been. It also helped me to land a job as a peer tutor at my university "

My name is Peter, I'm from New York and I'm an architecture student here. The reason that I wanted to take this course was because I wanted to speed up my workflow and wanted to become a more valuable employee. I just wanted to be better at what I did and how I presented my work. I wanted to have a better workflow and make my work more
high-quality. Actually, I heard about it through Instagram. I have followed some architectural pages, so I looked into it and it looked great so I took the course and it was extremely helpful.

It was very thorough. It gave me all the information I needed from basic modeling to advance modeling and to parametric modeling. And it has really made me better at what I do at school like my presentations and it makes it look more professional. And I'm way faster at it than I have ever been.

It also helped me to land a job as a peer tutor at my university which is great and it is also just a great resume boost to have taken the class and then it also helped me get an accreditation for the Rhino accreditation certificate from McNeel, so that helped a lot.

It was a great experience, I learned a lot and I think it's extremely valuable and thorough class that, you know, if you're interested in architectural modeling and rendering and parametric modeling than this is a fantastic course that offers a ton of value and I highly suggest it if you're a student or a professional.

" I was having an issue with 3D printing and I sent an email to him and he recorded a video and explained everything clearly. So he was so helpful. He's gonna help you for any other things. I think that How to Rhino Course is really helpful for architecture. I totally recommend it!"

I'm Onurcan, I'm a second year architecture student in New Jersey, United States. So I first started modeling with Sketchup like another architecture student I guess, but I love playing with curves and complex shapes, so I decided to learn a new software. After the first semester, I talked with my professor and he told me to learn Maya, there was a summer class and I took it. I like Maya, honestly it was good, but the problem with that is that it was not for architecture. I was having issues with scaling and measuring and all that stuff, so then, I saw a lot of people in a studio were using Rhino.

Professor told me to learn Rhino at that time and I went online, I found a couple of tutorials, but again, the problem was they were not only focusing on architecture. There were tutorials for furniture modeling, animation modeling and then I found about How to Rhino Course. I first watched a couple of tutorials on YouTube that Dusan recorded and they were so helpful for me and then I purchased the first part of the course which includes the first two modules. These two first modules teach you the basic things but actually it teaches you the general features of Rhino, so they are really the most important modules in my opinion. And also, Dusan ws really helpful.

I was having an issue with 3D printing and I sent an email to him and he recorded a video and explained everything clearly. So he was so helpful. He's gonna help you for any other things. I think that How to Rhino Course is really helpful for architecture. I totally recommend it and Dusan is also so helpful, so you know, go for it. I hope it will help you.
Take care! Cheers!

"I was so interested in a diversity of modeling and it was very quick and I learned so many commands and tricks that I didn't know. The community is very nice, everyone is friendly, so far I've learned so much even though I've only done two modules because I have a very tight schedule. "

Hello, my name is Diba and I'm a master of planning student. As an undergrad, we were supposed to take many modeling courses in order to pass as an architect, so I've taken AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup and finally Rhino. When it came to Rhino, because there wasn't a lot of demand for it, the course was offered as a summer course, so it was intense, very short and there was a loooot of commands that we missed out. So my initial thought was after I graduate, I'm gonna take a course online or in institute so I'm gonna learn it by myself. And this was my case. I started doing my portfolio for my masters and I wanted to have an alternative to Revit.

I wanted to be more creative and I wanted to be sufficient, so I planned on doing every single modeling in Rhino and I didn't know how to do it. So my initial thought was: "Hey I'm just gonna google it and find out how to rhino", and this is when I came across How to Rhino Instagram page. After watching many of the videos, I was so interested in a diversity of modeling and it was very quick and I learned so many commands and tricks that I didn't know. So I was thinking, maybe they offer some courses. After digging in more into the page, I realized that they offer a course online that you can pay for it and you can upgrade any time you like.

The Course consists of different modules from drafting to rendering, to Grasshopper and to modeling. The choice is yours, you can go to any section that you like. At the end of each section or module there's a homework. So the homeworks are mostly explained as demos and if there's a question you can post it in the comment section down and Dusan, who's very helpful and nice, he will explain every single tip and trick that you need to do in order to get the results that you want.

The community is very nice, everyone is friendly, so far I've learned so much even though I've only done two modules because I have a very tight schedule. What I know is that any time I want to I can go back to a video that is already there, it's been uploaded and it's never gonna go down. So if you're interested come to the How to Rhino and welcome!

"And I have to say that I'm super happy about what I've been learning so far not only in terms of standard commands but also all the tricks and tips that Dusan used to explain during the video tutorials and I think I've been learning really a lot, so now I'm much more confident using this software.  "

Hi Dusan, hi guys of Rhino for Architects, my name is Francesco and I'm an architecture student. I did my bachelor in Venice and then I decided to move abroad, to move to Denmark to do my master degree and I'm currently studying Urban Design and Landscape. As soon as I arrived here in Denmark, I understood how good Danish architects and students are in using Rhino. All architectural firms here use Rhino on a really high profile level. I immediately saw how good this software is and how efficient and productive you can be if you're able to master it very well. I didn't know anything about this software at the beginning.

I tried to learn it by myself looking for some tutorials on YouTube, but I immediately understood that I was lacking a solid modeling method. So what I decided to do is to join Rhino for Architects Course because I saw how the tutorials made by Dusan were organized and how he used to explain all the different commands and so on. And I immediately understood that that was the right for me, the right course to do and a good investment to make in order to improve my skills in Rhino and finally get good basics and also most advanced knowledge of this software.

I decided to join the course and I bought the basic package, so the first and the second module which has the basic commands and the most advanced ones which for me are more than enough at the moment. And I have to say that I'm super happy about what I've been learning so far not only in terms of standard commands but also all the tricks and tips that Dusan used to explain during the video tutorials and I think I've been learning really a lot, so now I'm much more confident using this software.

Another very important thing is that Dusan is incredibly available to answer to our questions, so if you have a question or a doubt, you just have to write him and he will reply you usually in less than one or two hours with a really nice email or sometimes also a video tutorial explaining your doubts and your problems during some specific steps. So from this point of view, it has been a really productive way of learning the software.

I'm really satisfied with what I learned and I have to say thank you to Dusan because it has been really worth it and I would definitely recommend everybody who is in my situation. In the situation that I was a few months ago because at the end you will be very satisfied about it. And most important thing, you will be able to sell yourself much better when you apply for a job or you will easily or better in an easier way complete your studies because you will be much more efficient and productive modeling, creating nice drawings and designing your project.

" I really loved the workshop! I like that he understands us as we are architecture students, he’s also been through the same process and he understands what we are going through and how much we are in difficulties and how much we need help. I’ll always recommend everyone to join this workshop! "

Hi guys! I'm Krimika. I'm basically from India, but right now I’m in Australia, doing my masters of architecture. I’m in my last semester. And in this masters, I learned that you require a lot of software learning like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino because here people explore a lot on software.  I was more into Sketchup and Autocad and later on, I realized that I have a lot of love for complex structures curved surfaces and such kind of structures where you can explore only in Rhino or such NURBS software rather than like in Autocad or in Sketchup.

So I tried taking Rhino classes for I think two months. I did Rhino classes before this workshop for two months and I couldn’t grasp through half of it and I failed at it completely, so I was like “Ok, I think Rhino is not my kind of software for sure! I’ll never be able to learn Rhino no matter what!

How much ever someone tries to teach me because it is quite complex when you try looking at it”. But as in masters, I wanted to try exploring curves and etc in my projects. I started finding YouTube tutorials just to have basics where I could just do those certain components which were required. And there I saw Dusan’s videos - How to Rhino. That was actually lifesaving for me for sure. So there was one particular project which required a lot of Grasshopper inputs which was very easer to do in Grasshopper then in any other software. I tried learning through that and that was actually quite helpful. And then I realized… He was going to… I saw the add where he was going to do a workshop and I was like… for two minutes I was like: “Ok, should I take it or should I not?”... And then I was like “Ok, if I’ve just spent the money, I’ll spend it away and I’ll try again. If that’s helpful and workable, why not?!” So I was like “Ok, just let’s go for it!” And for what I’ve noticed, I really loved the workshop!

There were a lot of times when I sat back and I looked at the video again and again whatever he taught. I tried practicing, I did my homework. I did homework how much ever I could and there were certain things that I couldn’t follow like how it was going through, but I was ok with it because the basics that were required from me and important things that were required for me, I did it completely and that was actually very helpful.

I still go back and I try looking at it again and again, so that’s actually very helpful for me because sometimes it’s like I just forget a command like maybe a spline or anything. And… I can just go back to the tutorial and I’m like “Oh, this is the command!” and I can just start off again. So I’m like “That’s really nice about this workshop”. Yea, for sure guys, you’ll learn something for sure like this is like “Wow kind of a lecture for sure!” I really liked this workshop and I hope he connects more these kinds of workshops for every one of us. I like that he understands us as we are architecture students, he’s also been through the same process and he understands what we are going through and how much we are in difficulties and how much we need help.

I’ll always recommend everyone to join this workshop whenever he has in the future and when he has more these kind of workshops just for Grasshopper or just for advanced Rhino, or just for Photoshop or anything, I would always recommend anyone to join him and to learn for sure. Thank you so much Dusan, because of you, right now I’m improving my skills of Rhino and I think now I can learn something in Rhino for sure, no matter what.
Thank you so much! Cheers!

" I owe Dusan because he opened my eyes to a lot of things in Rhino that I didn’t know that exist even though I had practiced Rhino before I joined the workshop, but I went to another level. I never saw something like this, well prepared, a lot of information, he’s always there. "

Hello everybody, my name is Omar Bahamat. I’m a third-year architecture student in Kadir Has University, Istanbul, Turkey. Three months ago, I took a Rhino workshop with Dusan. And it was a really interesting, intense and very valuable workshop. Before I joined the workshop, I had really basic information about Rhino, but I wanted to improve it so when I saw Dusan’s How to Rhino - YouTube channel, I was interested to improve myself. Then when I saw the announcement of the workshop that he provided, like the private workshop, I had some doubt that before joining the workshop, I was like “I don’t want to join the workshop and I don’t get that information that improves my skills in Rhino.” After I saw the announcement, I saw the curriculum that he’s gonna provide in the workshop, I was really interested and I joined the workshop.

In the beginning, it was what I was really surprised, I didn’t put a really high expectation for the workshop because you see a lot often a workshop on the internet, but you sometimes failed your expectations and you feel disappointed. So when I entered workshop Rhino with Dusan, I didn’t want to raise my expectations, so I feel disappointed. But what I was really shocked about… I am not saying that because I am recording this video, but this is the truth... Well prepared, really well prepared, well communicated with his students who are entering the workshop, well prepared, there is a summary, any question you have, he’s always there for you. If you send him email...it was that small detail that was really important for me like even when you like in the website that he provided for the workshop, every day or every session, there is a voice option, there is a video after he finished the workshop he uploaded and there is a summary by minutes like… like minutes, like 1:05h - he’s talking about this. It was really a lot of work he put in that workshop. Even like a sheet and image about the workshop itself. It was really prepared, well prepared, a lot of information about a lot of tricks that help you through your work that make your work easy and smart.

There are a lot of times, you make a lot of stuff in a really hard way, but he’s making it really easy for you and he gives you the tricks and he gives you everything that you need. I do improve myself, but one thing that I… I’m talking about my experience… that if you went 1000 workshops to improve yourself without practicing in your own time, nothing will happen. So improve yourself by signing up for the workshop, but also practice because without practice, you will not improve yourself. I owe Dusan because he opened my eyes to a lot of things in Rhino that I didn’t know that exist even though I had practiced Rhino before I joined the workshop, but I went to another level. Still, I’m in the process to become better and better, but practicing. I always go back to the website of our workshop to review and to remind myself about the information that he gave us. So...well prepared, really…

I never saw something like this, well prepared, a lot of information, he’s always there. Every time you send him an email, he responds sometimes in the same day, sometimes in one day. It’s like he’s really putting all his own information to us, he’s passing his information, he’s really improving your skills, he will insight your mind about many things on Rhino that help you to improve yourself. That’s it. I hope that that was helpful for you. This is Omar Bahamat and good luck to everyone!

" ...now I know how to create these impressive presentations with the diagrams and renders and that I was looking at the university. Finally now I'm feeling comfortable to create parametric designs too ... "

Hello guys, my name is Chara, I'm 22 years old and I'm from Cyprus. I'm studying architecture in the UK and now in September I will start doing my master in architecture. I have always found it difficult to create 3D models and where you can get all the relevant 2D drawings that we need such as plans, sections, elevations, diagrams and renders. I have always seen the work of other students at the university and I was really impressed by their modeling and rendering capabilities. I have tried several times to learn 3D architectural programs such as Revit but I found it a little bit difficult to use it because as an architectural student I was searching for a quick and easy way to visually present my design ideas. So I was just using SketchUp which is one of the easiest 3D modeling programs for me.

My university suggests a lot of Rhino for 3D modeling so when I saw How to Rhino Masterclass, I thought that it would be a great opportunity to start learning Rhino and absolutely it was. I'm very impressed by Dusan's work and videos and have already learned a lot from him. I would like to say big thanks to him for sharing his knowledge with us. After completing the course, of course I'm not an expert in Rhino, but now I know how to create these impressive presentations with the diagrams and renders and that I was looking at the university.

Finally now I'm feeling comfortable to create parametric designs too with all the relevant 2D drawings and with the concept diagrams that you need in order to show the process of your design work. I would like to say big thanks to Dusan again and I'm sure that all the new skills that I have developed from this course are going to help me a lot during my master journey. Thank you for always being there for me and answering my emails as soon as possible.

What’s different about this course

First of all, I’d like to point out that I know how important it is to have a structured learning approach to any skill, not just learning software like Rhino and Grasshopper. My experience has taught me to always ask questions and that a certain problem can be solved in many different ways.

The trick is to choose the right one for your specific situation, so you don’t waste any of your time. I know how important it is to have a professional by your side that you can rely on and ask anything. That’s why Lazar and I will make ourselves available and dedicate our time to giving you all the support you need if you choose to join us by April 2nd.

Let’s be honest, there are tons of tutorials online for Rhino and any other software. If you wish, you can learn it on your own just like I did. It’s just that it will take you a lot of time, a lot of headaches and a lot of mistakes along the way. If you wish to master this skill as quickly as possible and if you don’t have time to waste, this is the shortest path possible to achieve that. It will save you a lot of time and frustration because this course is laser focused on practical use cases of Rhino and Grasshopper for architecture specifically.

Imagine what this can bring you in the future. I’m not talking about technicalities, I’m talking about the real possibilities such as winning architectural competitions, getting recognized, getting more clients, selling your design ideas better and having flawless project presentations. You’d be able to position yourself better on the job market or create a perfect organizational workflow at your own office.

This is also about saving money that you’d otherwise pay other contractors to do for you, you’d be able to participate much more in the team environment because you’d be capable of understanding what are the steps needed for a project to finish successfully. Artificial intelligence is on the horizon and it’s a matter of time when parts of our job will be completely automated, so you better be prepared and updated!

That’s why our mission here with How to Rhino is to reach as many architects as possible and show them the true power of Rhino and Grasshopper so you can finally focus on your design ideas and stop being limited by the technical knowledge of the software.

Our goal here is not just to see you going through the course and forgetting about you later on. We’re going to constantly check-in on you and make sure that all your questions are answered, so you can absorb all of our knowledge and get to where you want to be with your skills.

Not everybody has the same knowledge level in Rhino and Rhino’s plugins. Some of your are beginners while some of you are more advanced users, so that’s why we’ve decided to give you some different packages of Rhino for Architects 2.0 Course. There are 5 of them:

Can I buy a particular pack now and then upgrade to another pack later?

Yes, but there are some limitations. Whatever pack you buy now,  you can later upgrade only to Rhino Full Pack by paying the difference in price. However, it is not possible to upgrade to any other pack except the Rhino Full Pack, so for example, if you buy Rhino Essentials Pack, you can’t upgrade later on to Grasshopper Essentials Pack.

Can I buy two different packs?

You can, but you would need to do two separate payments independently for each pack and you would need to create your course accounts with two different email addresses.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Rhino for Architects 2.0 Course is primarily built for architects. All the exercises and content is tailored towards the architectural industry and practices and workflows that benefit our industry. The concepts shown in the course are applicable to other similar industries as well but the main focus is on how to use Rhino in architecture.

This is a perfect opportunity for people who are looking for precise results and who are willing to put in the time and effort to make it happen. Make no mistake, if you’re serious about learning Rhino and Grasshopper, you have to be determined and committed and do the work, because otherwise, your results will suffer. The course is designed in a way to give you all possible support needed, so it’s up to you to take full advantage of it.

Who is this not for?

Rhino for Architects 2.0 Course is not designed for jewelry designers, product designers, industrial designers or fashion designers in mind. Even though some concepts may overlap, if you’re in one of those industries, this course won’t be a perfect fit for you.

I come back to this once again. If you’re only watching the videos and not practicing, not doing the homework assignments and not asking questions, you will not benefit from this course. If you’re looking for a miracle program to download all the information without putting the time and effort, this is not going to work for you. You will get all the best workflows, tips, tricks and time-saving pieces of advice, but without practice, you will not get these skills.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What’s the procedure to purchase and enroll in the course?

It’s very simple. Just choose the type of payment you want to go with (Single payment or 4 installments), fill out the necessary payment information, click on Pay Now to finish. Then don’t close your window, wait for a couple of seconds as you will be automatically redirected to a page where you should create your RFA 2.0 course account. After that, you’ll be redirected to a login page where you can enter the course platform with your login information. You’re ready to start!

Is this Course different than the Masterclass that is currently active?

Masterclass lessons are in fact just a tiny “preview” of the course. Course content is much longer (around 60h of video content in total), so the teaching methodology of the course is the same as in the masterclass, but the amount of material covered is drastically different.

If I can’t make it right now, when will I be able to enroll again?

Unfortunately, there won’t be a similar opportunity very soon. You will only be able to enroll in the course under these conditions until April 2nd. The next opportunity may be around 12 months from now. Even if we open the new enrollment period, keep in mind that the conditions will change and the price will be much higher!

If I decide to enroll in the course, will I have access to all the videos all the time?

Yes, once you enroll in the course, you will have lifetime access to all the videos for the particular package that you chose and all the future updates for it.

Is this course suitable for Mac users?

Rhino for Architects 2.0 course was completely created in Windows Rhino version for multiple reasons. Windows version of Rhino is far superior to Mac’s version because Mac’s version is not compatible with many plugins for both Rhino and Grasshopper, so if you’re using Mac’s version you would be limiting yourself in many ways. Having said all of that, even if you have Mac’s version, you would be able to follow along but many options and commands won’t be the same. We strongly advise on using Windows version of Rhino if possible.
