Overview
At How to Rhino, we stand behind the quality of our courses. We want every student to succeed. That is why our refund policy is designed around completing the course material and engaging with our coaching support. If you put in the work and still feel the course is not right for you, we will give you your money back.
Course Refund Conditions
Customers are entitled to a full refund for course purchases if ALL of the following conditions are met within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase:
- Complete all homework assignments in the purchased course
- Submit all completed homework assignments for verification to [email protected]
- Schedule and attend at least one personal coaching session so that all questions from the course are answered
- Request the refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
If these conditions are not met within the 30-day window, refunds will not be issued. We believe this approach is fair because it ensures you have genuinely engaged with the course material before making your decision.
How Refunds Are Processed
When all conditions are met, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Card Payments (Monri / WSPay)
- The bank will refund funds directly to the cardholder's account. Processing time depends on your bank but typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
- Paddle Payments
- Refunds follow Paddle's standard refund process. You will receive the refund to your original payment method.
- PayPal Payments
- Refunds are issued to your PayPal account and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services (Premium Community on Skool and Patreon memberships):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed (Skool for Premium Community, Patreon for Patreon memberships)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
- Annual subscription plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union: Under EU consumer protection rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. However, by accessing the course materials, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.

Account Termination
In the event of account termination for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any purchased products or remaining subscription periods. This includes violations of community guidelines, sharing of login credentials, or unauthorized distribution of course materials.
Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or refund, please contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law section of our Terms and Conditions.
