Digital Content Delivery
Our courses and educational materials are delivered as digital content. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course materials through our platform. By making a purchase and accessing course materials, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content has begun and that this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
For customers in the European Union: Under EU consumer protection rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. However, by accessing the course materials, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. For full details on refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.
Conversion Statement
Prices on the Site may be displayed in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or other currencies. For transactions processed by Monri Payments / WSPay, payments are effected in Serbian dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card is obtained through conversion of the displayed price into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of your card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
Transactions processed by Paddle are charged in the currency displayed at checkout, which may vary based on your location.
Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a full refund for course purchases if they complete all homework assignments in the purchased course and send them for verification to [email protected]. Homework assignments must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. In addition, customers must schedule at least one personal coaching session so that all questions from the course are answered promptly. If these conditions are not met, refunds will not be issued.
When all conditions are met, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For card payments processed via Monri / WSPay, the bank will refund funds to the cardholder's account. For payments processed via Paddle, refunds follow Paddle's standard refund process.
For full refund details, including subscription cancellations, please see our Refund Policy.
